Tenancy Services will be closed over the holiday period and will re-open in the New Year.

Our phone line will close on Tuesday 24 December at 5:00pm and reopen on Friday 3 January at 9:00am.
Our contact centre opening hours are:

We won’t be available on email or Facebook during the holidays but we’ll respond to your queries when we re-open in the New Year. If you’ve got an urgent question during this time our website is available 24 hours a day – and offers information, guides and templates on tenancy-related topics.
Tenancy Tribunal and mediation services
Our offices which hold mediation services will close on Tuesday 24 December at 4:30pm and reopen on Friday 3 January at 8:30am.
The last Tenancy Tribunal hearing date for 2019 is Friday 20 December. Hearings will begin again on Tuesday 7 January 2020.
Our online Tenancy Tribunal application system will be undergoing planned maintenance over the holiday period. Online applications will not be available from 5pm on 24 December until 7am on 3 January.
Lodging or refunding bonds
If you are a landlord or tenant you can lodge your bonds with us online.
It normally takes us about 5-10 working days to process bond refunds, and 10-15 working days for bond lodgements. Please note bonds may take slightly longer to process over this period due to the statutory days.
