A chatbot is a digital assistant that can provide answers to common questions. The trial’s purpose was to test whether chatbot technology is a useful additional channel for our website visitors.

The trial period has now finished and the chatbot has been removed from the website.  The information we have gathered during this pilot will be used to make improvements to the services we provide.
